Turkmenistan, Denmark, Ireland, Kosovo, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Syria, Republic of Northern Cyprus and Austrian citizens who are married to the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, as well as German citizens married to the citizens of the Republic of Turkey and their children are exempt from the residence permit fee, so their expenditures are slightly less on average. It is around 6,000 TL. Czech citizens, on the other hand, will have even less expenses as they are exempt from both the residence permit fee and the single entry fee. If they do not have to pay the notary fee, this expense will be even lower.
