Hepiyi Sigorta, one of Doğan Holding's new investments, was established on September 29, 2021, with the aim of bringing an innovative perspective to the sector. It started its activities by obtaining a license in all insurance branches on April 27, 2022.

So, what does Hepiyi Sigorta Foreign Health Insurance cover?
First, the phrase "Complies with the minimum coverage structure determined in the circular regarding private health insurance to be obtained in visa and Residence Permit requests dated 16/06/2021 and numbered 2021/8" determined by the immigration administration is included in the policies.
The content and coverage in all residence insurances are the same and cannot be changed, in inpatient treatments it is 100% in contracted institutions, and in outpatient treatments it is 5,000 TL per year and only 20% is paid by the insured. As of the policy start date, if the insured experiences an emergency and vital situation (valid for unexpected situations such as an accident), in such a case, treatment expenses are covered without being subject to a waiting period.
Except for emergencies and vital situations, there is a 9-month waiting period for inpatient treatment and a 6-month waiting period for outpatient treatment.
Treatment content and scopes are as follows.
A- Inpatient Treatment

• Hospital services (surgery, operating room, anesthesia, medicine, laboratory, etc.)
• Room, bed and meal expenses during hospital stay
• All diagnostic biochemistry performed during inpatient treatment,microbiology, pathology examinations, radiological examination and imaging
• Postoperative physical therapy
• Chemotherapy, radiotherapy, dialysis
• Medical treatments lasting less than 24 hours (observation, observation)
• In case of limb loss because of an accident or illness artificial limb expenses
• Treatments in intensive care units
• Dental and nose related problems that occurred as a result of a traffic accident treatments
B-Outpatient Treatment

There is an annual usage limit of 5,000 TL for outpatient treatments.
In contracted hospitals, only 20% is paid by the insured.
There is a 40% contribution fee for non-contracted hospitals.
The waiting period for outpatient treatments is the first 6 months.
There is no limit in contracted hospitals for inpatient treatments.
There is an annual limit of 50,000 TL with 20% Participation Fee in Non-Contracted Hospitals
The waiting period for inpatient treatments is the first 9 months
