The service provided was excellent and in a very quick manner, and everything went through as expected. I am very appreciative of the service provided by this company. ****** update to original review **** I’ve updated my star rating as the agency has been very engaging and helpful in trying to assist me with this problem. They are very professional and helpful. The insurance company, Demir Sigorta, based on my personal experience, is far from trustworthy and simply makes excuses for their errors and leaves the customer/patient out to dry without any care whatsoever. This is my experience with the insurance company and should not reflect on the agency itself. ******* original review ****** The insurance agency did a fine job with obtaining and providing a application process that serves the system well. However, Demir sağlık is one of the promoted companies. Based on my personal experience, they (insurance company) provide terrible service, engage in delay tactics, provide incorrect information and leave you holding the bag without a second thought. They will apologize for the errors and go right back to making the same exact mistakes. Avoid this one if you want good coverage.
