I am an iranian and buy sigorta from Ankara sigorta for my wife resident permit application (malihe BIZOLM ) online. I made a few typos (mistake)when applying for an insurance policy and I wrote "L" instead of "I". Through no fault of theirs, they helped me correct the insurance policy with incredible patience and kindness.their responsibility for a small insurance was unbelievable. I suggest to managers of this company to find the staff who handle my case .he or she deserved to promot because showed commitment to his company .
