• trendyol.com will provide a discount equal to the gift card amount for purchases on trendyol website. Gift card can be used in parts for different purchases.

Exceptional service, especially on a Sunday. I made a mistake while arranging a residence health insurance policy and contacted them expecting that I would probably have to wait until the next working day. Instead, Furkan responded almost immediately. He first called us, and when communication by phone was difficult because we are foreigners, he immediately suggested continuing through WhatsApp. From there, Furkan guided us step by step, patiently and clearly, until the issue was completely corrected. I have rarely experienced customer service this fast, helpful, and solution-oriented — especially on a Sunday. Truly outstanding support from Furkan and the team. Highly recommended.
